学会这几个亚马逊删评小技巧,从此删评不求人!

本文将教给你3种方法,这些方法可以使买家看不到亚马逊负面评论,减少负面影响,甚至删除负面评价。
如果你的亚马逊listing存在任何负面评论,你可以采取以下方法。
1、查找留评买家的个人联系信息
一旦发现负面评论,请立即与买家联系!
卖家常犯的一个错误是通过亚马逊消息系统与留评者联系。这是非常危险的,因为亚马逊可以在其系统中看到所有信息往来。
正确的方法是通过工具找到留评者的个人电子邮件或电话号码,并在亚马逊以外与他们联系。
2、给好评投票、把差评顶下去
根据经验,有30-60%的买家愿意在卖家亲自联系他们后删除差评或将其更改为好评。
如果买家拒绝删除评论或未回复你的电子邮件,则应使他们的负面评论对买家快速可见。
亚马逊已经删除了downvote按钮,但是你可以好评推高至顶部,并把所有不好的评论顶下去。
80%的亚马逊购买者只会在首页上阅读评论。因此,只要你可以将差评下推至第二页或第三页,就不会对你的转化率产生太大影响。
3、发送邮件请求删评
你可以给买家写封电子邮件请求删评。你可以使用如下模板:

1 Go to your Amazon account
2 Click"SellerFeedback Submitted By You" under Personalisation.
3 Click "Remove"link next to the feedback you would Ike to remove. If there Is no 'Remove"option next to a comment, the 60-day removal period has expired.
